Srilata (“Sri”) Shah is a highly experienced and well-respected litigation attorney. Well known to judges and lawyers for her legal acumen and trial skills, Sri is a valued part of the Paul Padda Law team providing clients top-notch representation . Sri understands that each case is unique and requires the firm to present facts in the most persuasive and favorable light possible for each client. Prior to joining Paul Padda Law, Sri spent several years representing insurance defense companies in negligence suits. Thus, she has a thorough understanding of what it takes to put together a strong case that will cause an insurance carrier to properly evaluate its liability and exposure. In addition to her work defending negligence suits, Sri did significant work handling construction defect lawsuits. Having represented some of Nevada’s largest construction companies, Sri gained tremendous experience with complex litigation matters and earned the respect of some of Nevada’s most esteemed judges. In addition to her outstanding legal skills, Sri brings a sense of empathy and compassion to each case. Sri received her undergraduate education at Queens College, City University of New York and her law degree from Pace University School of Law. A true New Yorker at heart with the accent, tenacity and fighting spirit to prove it, Sri loves fighting for the proverbial “little guy.” Admitted to practice law in Nevada and California, Sri is also active with the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. In her free time, Sri enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and many friends.
