Client Relation Specialist
Chantay is the first person you see when you walk into Paul Padda Law. She will greet you, offer you a water, and get you connected with your case manager. She has degrees in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and experience working at Washtenaw County Jail in Ann Arbor, MI. Chantay is a patient listener, and will always comfort you and keep your spirits up with her kindness and sense of humor. In her free time, she meditates, and goes on fishing and picnicking trips with her children and grandchildren.
Melissa Janet Hansberry
Melissa became a paralegal after being in a motor vehicle accident of her own. She has a degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University, and is a Nevada State Notary. Her personal experience, educational background, and professional training ensure our clients the understanding, care, and knowledge they deserve and require. Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Melissa participated in runway modeling and beauty. She is a native New Yorker from Brooklyn, and even though she has lived in Las Vegas since 1999 she still has that NY accent. In her free time, she likes to off-road, camp, and cook with her husband and three kids.
Client Relations Specialist
Once your attorney hands you your settlement check, you become one of Victoria’s clients. Whether it’s your birthday, Valentine’s Day, or the anniversary of your settlement Victoria will have a card waiting in your mailbox. As the self-proclaimed “Ambassador of Fun,” she arranges our events and keeps in contact with you long after your case is over. She has been a lawyer for 25 years and is fluent in Tagalog. Victoria is a mother of four: two children of the human kind (Tara and Chris), and 2 large German Shepherd rescue dogs (Zoey & Coco).
Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Amy started off working as an insurance CSR which laid the foundation and provided her with the knowledge of understanding personal injury and the insurance industry.
Amy has been working in the industry for over 12 years and was named paralegal of the month in 2018 by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. She prides herself on being attentive and sympathetic to her client’s needs and delivering the best possible legal services. In Amy’s free time she enjoys antiquing, painting, playing the violin, and spending time outdoors.
Arelice has 10 years of experience in the criminal defense field in Las Vegas. She is intimately familiar with the Clark County Court system. When you work with Arelice, she will educate you on every aspect of your case. She strives to help you understand what she is doing, and keep you updated on the case. She is Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Senior Case Manager
Jackie Villeda is our most experienced case manager. She is a published author, and a skilled case management instructor. She finds joy in helping her clients understand the process of an insurance claim, and in protecting them from future events. She is originally from Mexico, but moved to Los Angeles when she was 6. She has worked in the law industry since she was 26.
Mary E. Garcia Ruiz
Paralegal and Intake
Mary is the first point of contact for all cases that PPL receives and initiates the Recovery Process. Mary understands that if you are in our office it is due to an unfortunate circumstance that you and your loved ones are going through at current time. Mary will get you started on the path with your Case Manager and Attorney that will guide you on your road to recovery. She will answer questions you may have and explain what documents and information you should bring in to your initial consultation.
Mary, originally from Texas, has over 13 years of experience working in law and other related fields. She is proficient in English and Spanish. Mary studied at College of Southern Nevada in their Paralegal Studies (AAS) program. She became passionate about her career choice after encountering many members of the community that had been unjustly harmed by persons that were supposed to help them.
Mary enjoys being with family and friends more than anything along with a good movie and popcorn. She enjoys sports, and most of all, shopping.
Jacqueline is here to guide you through the whole process of your treatment from beginning until the end. Give her a call if you have any questions and/or concerns. She is here to go above and beyond for all clients. She was born in Chicago, IL, but has lived in Las Vegas, NV for more than half of her life. She is Puerto Rican and Guatemalan, and loves the rich cultures and history of her heritage. Her spare time is spent with her three children and fiancé, attending basketball games, cheer competitions, going to the park, camping, and watching movies. She enjoys spreading my positive attitude to everyone around her.
Nayley is a Case Manager for the pre-litigation department. She has been with Paul Padda Law since August of 2018. She is responsible for the day-to-day handling of cases. She enjoys getting to know each and every one of her clients. She is here to assist you on anything you need. She attended Canyon Springs High School graduated with an advanced diploma in 2006. She continued my studies at College of Southern Nevada, graduating with an associate degree.
When she is not working, you are most likely to find her on a hiking adventure, or spending time with her family, both two legged and four legged (Chewy), and friends. She enjoys taking road trips and traveling to different parts of the world.
Heldder is one of the Case Managers here at Paul Padda Law. He will be working alongside the attorney and you through the whole process. Initially, the Attorney and he will meet with you to go over the intake process so that they may obtain all the information related to the accident so that they may better understand you as well as answer any and all questions you may potentially have. Secondly, they will assist you with locating an experienced care provider to ensure that you are treated with the utmost care. After you have been situated, they will guide you through the property damage phase of your case, which in most cases can be the most stressful to clients. They will make sure it is done correctly and will also keep you abreast of the whole property damage process. Once your property damage is complete, you will continue to treat with your Personal Injury care providers to make sure you are on the path to a speedy recovery. Once you have completed your treatment, they will begin preparing your demand to be sent out to the insurance company to obtain you the best possible settlement you deserve.
